• Please allow 1-3 business days for ready to ship items, and 2-6 weeks for custom/pre orders. Products will be shipped ground and should be expected within 5-7 business days once shipped. I am currently only able to ship within the U.S
• Delays with shipment carriers are unfortunately out of my hands once shipments have left my studio. I am unable to alter anything once it has been handed over to the carrier.

I do not currently accept returns. I take great care in packaging orders as carefully as possible, however damages can sometimes occur. In the event that an item is broken during the shipping process, a refund will be provided with proof of damage. Proof of damage MUST be provided within 24 hours of delivery for a refund to be issued.
